Natalie DuBois

Ever since her aunt taught her to read, at the age of three, Natalie DuBois had an inexplicable passion for literature. After graduating with a B.A. in Multicultural Language and Literature, she tried her hand in the field of Education and soon developed a love for it. While DuBois spent 9 years as a full-time preschool teacher, she also shared her knowledge of English Language Studies as a Writing Instructor for the Science and Technology Entry Program (STEP) at Barnard College, in New York City. Natalie now juggles parenting and publishing, two new found loves.

C. Grooms

C. Grooms has been writing poetry and short stories for more than 25 years. Blessed with a natural born ability of transforming words into visual expression, many of his tales depict life in the inner-city and the quest for survival. In addition to his writing, he is an Educator, Basketball Historian, and Sports Administrator that has worked at every level of the educational system. C. is a graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Deviant Behavior and Social Control. His extensive background has also been supplemented with degrees in the areas of Media & Communications, American Studies, and Sports Management.
