TEN G Publishing was founded in 2013 with a simple but powerful idea: the stories we live can become the lessons we teach. For over a decade, we've worked to turn that idea into reality. We started by publishing books that reflected real experiences and stories about struggle, growth, identity, and transformation. In 2018, we realized that a book on its own wasn't enough. A book should be used as a tool to bring stories into classrooms, youth programs, and community spaces in ways that spark real conversation and create a lasting impact. So we decided to build something different.
Today, TEN G Publishing operates at the intersection of publishing, education, and intellectual property development by creating content that can seamlessly mesh within educational ecosystems that are designed for institutional use. We believe in ownership, structure, implementation, and the foundational belief that authors should maintain control over their work and create assets that endure.
Our mission
TEN G Publishing transforms lived experiences into educational curriculum designed for institutional use. Our vision
TEN G Publishing exists to build a catalog of work that educates, inspires, and endures. Bestseller lists and viral moments are not the end goal. The focus is on building content that will be used in schools, youth programs, and community spaces for years to come. This means creating opportunities for authors to build long-term assets instead of simply releasing products into the marketplace. It also means proving that independent publishing can compete at the highest level when it is built on structure, ownership, and institutional credibility.
What We Do
TEN G Publishing develops books and educational programs for schools, youth organizations, athletic programs, juvenile justice facilities, and community-based initiatives.
The work spans multiple genres: composite narrative nonfiction grounded in real experiences, educational histories that center underrepresented voices, youth development curriculum built around core themes like responsibility, relationships, and resiliency, and sports and life skills programming designed for institutional adoption.
Every project is built with educators and program facilitators in mind. That means standards-aligned educational materials provided free with every title, discussion frameworks and lesson plans ready to implement, workbooks and facilitator guides for structured programs, and content designed to support literacy engagement, character education, and social-emotional learning.
